Meet Carolene Miller
Carolene Miller is a transformational movement coach who employs the principles of The Alexander Technique. The training for becoming an Alexander Technique teacher requires completing 1600 hours of training over a 3 year period.
Carolene has learned to observe the relationship of the head, neck and spine in activity , to understand and to correct any misuse or habitual patterns that have developed over time. She can quickly and efficiently understand and explain what steps need to be taken to alleviate pain and tension to get back to having the freedom of movement to enjoy your life to the fullest.
